For persons who have been arrested, or are to be interviewed by the authorities, we provide legal advice 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year - a lawyer is always available to give advice by telephone and we strive to be available at all times to attend at the police station in person when that is required.

We represent anybody facing proceedings in the magistrates court, youth court or crown court. Our team of experienced advocates will advise you on the availability of legal aid, which may mean having a defence solicitor at court is free of charge. We can also offer representation for a fixed fee should you fall outside the scope of legal aid. We deal with all cases from road traffic offences through to murder and fraud. Where necessary we will guide you through to the appeal courts.

To everyone legal advice at the police station is free of charge and, provided the case is serious or complex enough to justify a solicitor being involved, the legal advice and representation you receive at court may be free of charge subject to means testing. In any event, we will advise you of any fee for our services should one be applicable. The firm is an approved Criminal Defence Service supplier and government legal aid is available.
