Meet The Team
Our Family Team
Mary Cleaver
Partner - Higher Courts Advocate
Mary started at the firm in 1999 and is the longest serving member of the team. She became a partner in the firm in 2006. Mary represents those who are in dispute over the arrangements for their children; where and with whom children should live and when and how frequently they should be seeing their other parent, for example. At the heart of this work is finding the best solution for the children who are stuck in the middle and Mary works hard with her clients to achieve an outcome that keeps the children at the front and centre of any agreement or court order. Mary can assist in obtaining protective injunctions and can represent those who need protection from domestic abuse or those who find themselves needing to respond to another’s application for a non-molestation order.
